1. Eligibility

You are solely responsible for ensuring that the purchase, possession, and use of hemp-derived CBD products complies with the laws of your state or locality. Off the Grind does not assume responsibility for orders placed to jurisdictions where such products are restricted or prohibited.
3. FDA Disclosure & Product Use

4. Orders, Payment & Billing

Prices are subject to change without notice. Promotional or discounted pricing may be offered at our discretion and may be modified or discontinued at any time.
5. Shipping & Delivery
We ship only to U.S. states where hemp-derived CBD products are permitted. Shipping availability may change in response to state or federal regulatory updates.
Shipping times provided at checkout are estimates and are not guaranteed. Off the Grind is not liable for delays, carrier errors, or delivery failures resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information submitted by the customer.
6. Final Sale & Returns
Due to the ingestible nature of our products, all sales are final. Off the Grind does not accept returns or exchanges for any reason other than damaged or incorrect items.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, you must notify us at support@offthegrindwellness.com within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence. Off the Grind reserves the right to determine eligibility for replacement.
7. Risk Assumption
By purchasing or using any Off the Grind product, you acknowledge and agree that you do so voluntarily and at your own risk. Off the Grind makes no representations or warranties, express or implied, regarding expected outcomes, individual experiences, or suitability for any particular use.
